Hi everyone,

I just wanted to let you know that I've entered in one of The Saatchi Gallery's 'Showdown's. I would really appreciate any and all high votes that are sent my way, as there is a potential cash prize that would be extraordinarily helpful with keeping me well-supplied and able to attend AAU. The piece I entered was 'Awaiting'. I'm not sure at this point if it's another daily voting thing or if it's one vote per ISP per 'Showdown'... Either way, I would really appreciate the help!

The trade is coming along great. And not so great. I'm getting frustrated and the best way that I can explain it is that I feel almost like I'm learning too much too fast. I'll paint a section of it and think it's ok, and then look back at it later and feel like it's not. I'm in a place where I feel like I'm painting and re-painting and re-re-painting things over and over again to get them to the place where I want them, and yet it's still not good enough. Guess it's not the worst plight to have, but it can still get frustrating sometimes! XD

I am doing fairly well. The summer has had it's ups and downs and I haven't been able to focus on art as much as I wanted to because of that, but overall I have no complaints. There was a lot of good to it; I was able to spend some much-needed quality time with my family. :D That in and of itself really outweighed any of the bad times that there were.

Indeed it has. My summer has had its ups and downs... Going for two weeks without A/C in my house was probably the worst of it, though. :XD: I've been able to rest up though, so I'm looking forward to this next semester of school.

Not to bad, went back to the night shift, but here is AZ the heat sucks either way :( I have been using a different sketching style that I'm liking alot, can get more done in half the time, it may not be as clean but likin' it ;)

Sorry about the AC, and glad your gettin' a break from school, I remember those days.

I'm still workin' on the OC, and would love it if you would /could add some of your Awesome Dragon work.

It's gonna be a busy weekend, but will try to have an outline posted in acouple days.
